The bed was comfortable. I loved the host.

Spacious Apartment: The two-bedroom apartment at this establishment was like a luxurious haven. With its fully fitted kitchen and modern amenities like free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, it felt like a home away from home.

Tea Time: Personally, I would have loved to have a supply of teabags and a small carton of milk in the apartment. It would have been nice to have a hot drink on arrival or first thing in the mornings.

We chose this place for marvellous location near to St Mark's square, Venice, and reasonable prices. The host made our stay REALLY REALLY NICE.

cleanliness: very clean and nicely decorated - spacious apartment with a bathroom big enough for our family of 5 adults. location: charm and local feel - near to local cafes - restaurants, and supermarkets. insights: received helpful instructions from Adele on how to get to the apartment and lots of information on where to go and how to travel around cheaply. service: owner was extremely concerned about the boiler malfunction - communicated with us and even refunded some money.

We had a wonderful stay in a bohemian area, close to local cafes and restaurants. The Sant'Alvise vaporetto station was within walking distance, making it easy to visit other landmarks. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a mix of Venetian and modern styles. The owner was extremely helpful, providing us with useful information and quick responses. We also appreciated the unexpected amenities such as tea and coffee.

The apartment needed better ventilation, as it became quite hot during the hot summer days. The AC units were noisy, forcing us to rely solely on the available fan for a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Venice Cadeau! The apartment was in a great location and easy to find. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions for appliances and ferry travel. The apartment itself was comfortable, with a good hot shower and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the good communication with the owner regarding getting the key. we highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Venice.

The apartment had a lovely "fragrance" that reminded me of a swamp, and the low ceiling made me feel like a glamorous troll. The distance to the main sights was perfect for my daily exercise routine.

I always stay at this wonderful place in Venice. The staff is so helpful; they even gave me a local food delivery number on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, a dryer, an electric kettle, and more. Perfect for my city trips.

The apartment was conveniently located to Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, perfect for my marathon training. Cons: As if running 2 km to the tourist areas wasn't enough, the nearest water taxi stop took a whole 5 minutes to reach. How inconvenient!
